At The Acorn School, we aim to provide a high standard of education and care. However, we recognize that

there may be times when parents or others wish to raise concerns or make a formal complaint. We try to resolve concerns or complaints by informal means wherever possible. Where this is not possible,  you can download our Complaints Policy here. If your issue concerns child protection or safeguarding please refer to our Safeguarding Policy

In the last academic year, all concerns have been dealt with informally at an early stage. No formal complaints for current students have been received.
